Privacy policy
Last updated 19 August 2026. This page explains what personal data Veyrox AI collects on https://www.veyroxai.com, why we collect it, and how to ask us about it. It is written for people who send an enquiry and for anyone in the EU or UK who visits the site.
Who is responsible
Veyrox AI is an Egyptian professional services practice. Co-founders: Karim Elrafei, Abdelrahman Gharib, and Yousef Shawky. Email: hello@veyroxai.com. WhatsApp: +20 100 429 1204. Operating country on this site: Egypt. We do not publish a street address. For privacy questions, use the email above. That inbox is also how EU and UK visitors can exercise the rights described below.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name and work email (required), company name (optional), which service you are interested in, and a free-text message (optional). We use those fields only to understand the enquiry and to reply. We do not ask for a payment card on this site.
If you email hello@veyroxai.com or message +20 100 429 1204 on WhatsApp, we also process whatever you send on those channels so we can answer. WhatsApp is a Meta service; their terms and privacy policy apply to that app in addition to this page.
The site also processes technical data that web servers and browsers produce: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. A language cookie named veyrox-lang stores whether you last used English or Arabic (one year). If Google Analytics is configured on a deployment, Google may set analytics cookies and process usage data. We request IP anonymization in that configuration.
Why we use it
- Reply to your free 30-minute audit request and schedule a call.
- Understand which service line you asked about (agents, consulting, or web).
- If we later sign a paid engagement, perform that contract and keep records the law requires.
- Keep the site working in your language (the locale cookie).
- Understand, in aggregate, which pages are used, when Analytics is enabled.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use the contact form as a newsletter signup. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you later ask for that in writing.
Legal bases (EU and UK visitors)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process enquiry data because you asked us to reply (steps at your request before a contract) and, where needed, our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you initiated. Submitting the form is your confirmation that we may use the details you typed for that reply. The language cookie is necessary for the site to remember English or Arabic. Analytics, when enabled, is based on our legitimate interest in understanding the site; you can block analytics cookies in your browser.
Where data goes
Enquiries are received by our website server so the founder can read them and reply from Egypt, usually by email or WhatsApp. Hosting, email, and (if enabled) Google Analytics providers process data on our instructions or as independent services under their own terms. We do not run a public customer-data marketplace. Because we operate in Egypt, enquiry data is stored or accessed there. EU and UK visitors should know that Egypt is not the subject of a general EU adequacy decision; we still limit use to the purposes on this page.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry long enough to reply and follow up. If we do not start a paid engagement, we typically delete or anonymise the form details within 12 months, unless a legal claim or accounting rule requires longer. If we do start an engagement, we keep what the contract and Egyptian law require for that work. Server and Analytics logs follow the retention settings of those tools.
Your choices
Email hello@veyroxai.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a contract. EU and UK visitors may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, ask for a copy, or complain to their local supervisory authority. We will need enough information to find your request in the inbox. You can refuse optional cookies in your browser; the site still works without Analytics.
Children
This site is for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child sent the form, email us and we will delete that enquiry.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version is always at /en/privacy (Arabic: /ar/privacy). Related: /en/terms and /en/contact.
